Amy Gerhartz is a certified coach, keynote speaker, and podcast host, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to communicate with confidence and authenticity. With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, including multiple albums and cross-country independent tours, Amy has honed her ability to captivate and connect with audiences. Her voice has been featured in commercials for Lifetime and E! Network, and she’s received accolades, including nominations for the NSAI Song Contest and the Independent Music Awards.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Life Coach (CLC), DISC Trainer, Master of Neurolinguistic Programming (MNLP), and Hypnotherapist (CHt), Amy specializes in helping her clients trust their voices and embrace their unique presence—whether on stage, in the boardroom, or in everyday interactions. With a powerful blend of artistic insight and leadership expertise, she helps individuals feel empowered in their own skin, break through self-doubt, and communicate with clarity and purpose.

As the Operational Manager at A Higher Way of Living, Christiane specializes in the art of seamless support and efficiency as the backbone of our operations, where she passionately works behind the scenes to ensure that Amy and our team have everything needed to succeed in our mission: filling people's "confidence cups." By maintaining the smooth operation of our business engine, Christiane takes pride in contributing to the transformation of our clients in their journey.
Outside the office, Christiane is a devoted mother to two wonderful little ones; her greatest inspirations. They have taught her the profound value of seeing and being seen, not just from the outside, but from the deeply personal inner spaces that define us. This experience has ignited a future ambition in her: to empower other mothers to feel seen and valued for their unique inner qualities, especially when they might feel invisible in their external world.
In every facet of her life, Christiane is driven by a belief in the power of support, communication, and recognition. She is committed to not only ensuring the success of our coaching company but also to fostering a community where every woman feels acknowledged and celebrated for her unseen, yet invaluable, contributions.
