Amy Gerhartz believes in empowering individuals to take control of their lives, break out of their comfort zones, and to operate at a higher level. With a 20+ year background in performance, along with certifications in Leadership, Neurolinguistic Programming, Hypnosis, and Hypnotherapy, Amy understands the power of the subconscious mind, and how to connect with audiences of all sizes, in order to make an impact on and off the stage. She creates an easy-to-follow framework for her clients to shift their mindset and habits, master their communication skills, and stand in their leadership so they can reach their personal and professional goals.

As the Operational Manager at A Higher Way of Living, Christiane specializes in the art of seamless support and efficiency as the backbone of our operations, where she passionately works behind the scenes to ensure that Amy and our team have everything needed to succeed in our mission: filling people's "confidence cups." By maintaining the smooth operation of our business engine, Christiane takes pride in contributing to the transformation of our clients in their journey.
Outside the office, Christiane is a devoted mother to two wonderful little ones; her greatest inspirations. They have taught her the profound value of seeing and being seen, not just from the outside, but from the deeply personal inner spaces that define us. This experience has ignited a future ambition in her: to empower other mothers to feel seen and valued for their unique inner qualities, especially when they might feel invisible in their external world.
In every facet of her life, Christiane is driven by a belief in the power of support, communication, and recognition.
